I hope the ACL is more robust than Google Sites. I use DokuWiki now, and the admin for ACL is marvelously easy and comprehensive. You can set up groups and assign users and control access all the way down to single pages or different name spaces. If Google Wave does not provide minute access controls it will still be badly crippled (as Google Sites is today, for this one reason alone). Fascinating.
